June 15, 2020, Kelowna, BC – On June 12th , home builders from the Central Okanagan won the highest accolade in the Canadian Home Building industry as a record-breaking five local builders won National Awards as the CHBA Canadian Home Builders Association hosted its National Awards for Housing Excellence via livestream.

Okanagan members were nominated for a total of ten of the 39 National awards, highlighted by Ian Paine Construction taking home three trophies. Marvel Pro Contracting & Renovations, and Macdonald Lakeshore Properties LP also brought home the hardware with one trophy each. A full list of nominees and categories is below.
