Net Zero in Action: Applying Lessons from Wilden Living Lab

February 26, 2026 (8:30 AM - 3:00 PM) (PST)

Description

Building on the success of Net Zero Now: Lessons Learned from the Wilden Living Lab, this full-day workshop brings the research, data, and real-world experience of the Wilden Living Lab into practical focus. This integrated design workshop explores how research-driven strategies are shaping the next generation of high-performance residential buildings. With a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability, industry and education leaders will share lessons learned from the Wilden Living Lab and look ahead to what’s next in designing and building healthy, comfortable, and low-impact homes. Attendees will gain practical insights into integrated design for residential construction, including high-performance building envelopes, sustainable material selection, and renewable energy systems - with a clear focus on what works, what’s evolving, and how these lessons can be applied to future projects.

Workshop Highlights
