What are the most common assemblies? What will it take to make todays homes reach step 4 and 5? How much will builders need to change to reach the Zero carbon step code? This session, in partnership with City of Kelowna and Bernhardt Contracting will take a deep dive into the most cost effective trade-offs you can make when designing and building a high performance home.

This presentation utilizes city-specific, Kelowna based data & case studies of real world homes. We will take a deep dive into the details of cost effective solutions for steps 4 and 5 as well as the Zero carbon step code.
