This interactive, in-person workshop, conducted by Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) is designed for those who want practical tools for navigating boundaries in the workplace. Together, we’ll explore how to respond with respect while balancing empathy and accountability, helping leaders support their teams without losing sight of expectations, responsibilities, and follow-through.
Participants will build confidence in having clear conversations about accountability, setting limits, offering choice, and staying transparent in the way they communicate. The session will also explore how to hold professional responsibility without taking on what belongs to others, including practical ways to support accommodation on worksites and understand psychological health and safety duties in leadership roles.
With a focus on understanding our values and how they shape the way we lead, this workshop creates space for honest conversation, reflection, and practical application—offering tools leaders can bring back to their crews, teams, and day-to-day conversations right away.
