The Canadian Home Builders Association – Central Okanagan and the Association of Interior Realtors are proud to present The All Candidates Forum on housing policy and infrastructure as we prepare for the BC provincial election this fall. 

All BC United, Conservative Party, Green Party and NDP candidates have been invited to attend. The ridings include Kelowna Centre, Kelowna Mission, Kelowna-Lake Country-Coldstream, and West Kelowna–Peachland. 

Focused on housing, residential construction and real estate, we will discuss policy issues related to new housing development, the state of the housing market, land use and investment, infrastructure funding and management, taxation, and growing our trades workforce, in addition to other topics that may pertain to meeting the demand of our housing shortage

Your ticket includes a beverage, light appetizers before the event and a seat at the All Candidates Forum.

Due to new election laws and policies, you must be a current member of the Association of Interior Realtors or the Canadian Home Builders' Association - Central Okanagan. Your membership will be confirmed at the door prior to entry to the event.
